Jane Patterson is the managing partner of Cornerstone Team Development. With more than 20 years of senior-level leadership experience in marketing, product development and human resources management, Jane credits her success to her ability to build and lead teams. She offers expertise, insight and a very practical approach to high-performing leaders and teams who want to achieve even greater performance.
Jane’s clients include executive leadership teams, family business teams, IT project teams, cross-functional teams and teams undergoing transition as a result of merger, acquisition or new leadership. Teams learn how to communicate, engage in constructive conflict, recover from breakdowns, work together and hold each other accountable for producing results.
As a professional certified coach through The Coaches Training Institute and with advanced training in organization and relationship systems coaching, Jane is one of a select group of coaches with the expertise to work specifically with teams of all sizes and function. Jane is a Certified Instructor for Emotional Intelligence through The Adele Lynn Leadership Group. She is also certified to administer the Team Diagnostic Assessment through Team Coaching International.
Previously, Jane was Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product Development for a $50 billion financial institution. Relevant experience also includes positions as Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Vice President of Human Resources.

Education
Jane earned a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management from Saint Francis University and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Clarion University. She is adjunct faculty in the School of Leadership and Business Ethics at Duquesne University and an active member of the Pittsburgh Coaches Association.
