Self-Assessment - Our Index for Emotional Intelligence offers individuals a way to self assess their emotional intelligence based on our model for emotional intelligence. When time, budget, or convenience dictates, the self-assessment version is a powerful alternative to a full 360 assessment. It serves as an important indicator strengths and weaknesses that the individual is ready to develop. Our self assessment version will both be available online soon, and in paper and pencil format.
