Q: What are the benefits to Certification?

A: The certification process will enable organizational development specialists, trainers, and human resources professionals to:

Q: Is Certification open to everyone?

A: In order to ensure integrity and professionalism, we are requiring that certain standards are met before you can attend certification. In addition, individuals must pass certain competencies in order to receive certification. However, Lynn Learning Labs will work with you to ensure that you understand and feel comfortable with the concepts of emotional intelligence put forth in A Different Kind of Smart – Applying Emotional Intelligence At Work™ .

Q: What type of support is available?

A: Support is as near as the telephone. In addition to phone support at your request, an experienced facilitator from The Adele Lynn Leadership Group will consult with you in preparation for your first session and as you deliver your first Index for Emotional Intelligence.
