As a huge aerospace manufacturer searches for ways to prepare their high potential candidates for senior leadership assignments, they ask The Adele Lynn Leadership Group to assist in the process.

The solution:

The Adele Lynn Leadership group filled a gap in their leadership development program by offering A Different Kind of Smart ™ Applying Emotional Intelligence at Work. The training session was offered after each high potential completed the 360 emotional intelligence assessment, The Index for Emotional Intelligence. Culminating the training and the assessment, each high potential candidate received a comprehensive feedback report and developed action plans for development in the areas of emotional intelligence.
