About Char Kinder:
Char Kinder has more than 20 years of business and consulting experience in the financial, manufacturing, and human services industries, partnering with senior management on creating implementation plans, facilitating process redesign, developing leadership programs, and providing personal coaching. Kinder's extensive operational work, training, and facilitation experience has enabled her to help her clients identify potential barriers to success and to work with executives, managers, and frontline employees to create action
plans to increase productivity and implement systemic change.
Kinder has also helped her clients develop leadership and training programs to increase human performance. Examples include creating a sponsorship network, managing resistance, and implementing change. Char has delivered these programs as well as conducted train-the-trainer sessions to enable her clients to train and facilitate programs on their own.
Char has also been a personal coach for the past seven years. She has helped over one hundred clients develop specific skills and abilities to increase their work performance and make significant changes to their lives.
