In February, Adele Lynn will keynote for business leaders in Denmark for The EQ Institute. The EQ Institute has coaches and facilitators throughout Denmark who are trained on Adele Lynn’s Seven Step process and coaching methods. In December of 2008, Adele keynoted for a similar conference for public sector organizations. The EQ Institute offers emotional intelligence training and coaching in conjunction with Alken and Partners – Lean and Six Sigma experts. The Adele Lynn Leadership Group has partnered with Alken and Partners and The EQ Institute since 2007.
