Janele Lynn Joins The Adele Lynn Leadership Group
We are proud to announce that Adele Lynn’s daughter, Janele, has joined The Adele Lynn Leadership Group. She brings 8 years of excellent consulting experience with IBM and TAA, a Master’s Degree in Business Logistics and experience collating since she was two. Janele is responsible for strategic partnerships and all product line updates, sales and distribution. Adele and The Adele Lynn Leadership Group are thrilled to have her on board.
A Different Kind of SmartTM E-learning Launch
We’re pleased to announce that our e-learning package on emotional intelligence, A Different Kind of SmartTM has been launched. The online modules are highly interactive with real life video examples and video demonstrations. Each learner will be asked to participate in interactive quizzes and self-reflection exercises and will view video mini-lectures by author Adele B Lynn. Learners will also be able to see real work scenarios and use video scenario based learning. A Different Kind of SmartTM – E-learners will: assess their emotional intelligence through a self-assessment, learn about the link between emotions and performance, learn about emotional hijacking and how it erodes high performance, gain an understand of emotional intelligence and its importance in an organization, learn the result of research that demonstrates financial and other performance results that can be achieved when high emotional intelligence is applied in the workplace, learn about the five aspects of emotional intelligence, and learn a seven step process to improve emotional intelligence including understanding one’s triggers, voices, M.O.s and reflection errors.

Adele B. Lynn has been honored with receiving two prestigious alumni recognition awards from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) and California University of Pennsylvania (CalU).
