Emotional Intelligence Link to Lean Six Sigma

The Adele Lynn Leadership Group continues to expand their relationship with Tec de Monterey serving clients throughout Latin America. Tec de Monterey will expand their reach to offer A Different Kind of Smart™ in Mexico and Latin America throughout 2006. Pilar Gonzalez, initiating the effort for Tec de Monterey, will continue to link The Adele Lynn Leadership Group’s emotional intelligence intellectual property to the Lean Six Sigma concepts.
Tec de Monterey Partnership
Tec de Monterey recognizes the value of emotional intelligence and believes the partnership will benefit area corporations such as Lear and TRW as well as its student and faculty. Faculty member Pilar González Romero recently visited Pittsburgh to become certified in A Different Kind of Smart ™ . Romero teaches mathematics at the university and says that she intends to combine the concepts in A Different Kind of Smart ™ with problem solving and Six Sigma approaches. Adele Lynn and Romero will collaborate on the process, which is expected to serve the Latin American market.
